I have been a therapist for multiple years and LOVE my job. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults in outpatient and school-based settings. I primarily use trauma-focused treatments like EMDR and IFS but always adapt to best fit my client's needs. My goal is to help clients uncover their inner confidence and wisdom, fostering self-compassion and harmony within.
