Healing is just a phase away
I love to help my clients expand their capacity to explore internally. I have completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy through the IFS institute and completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. I primarily use these modalities as I have a passion for working with trauma but I always adapt to best fit my client's needs. My goal is to help clients uncover their inner confidence and wisdom, fostering self-compassion to promote healing and harmony within.
